Check your size before ordering
Our windbreakers come in Medium and Large. Please check the size guide and measurements on the product page before you order.

Size exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for another size, subject to stock. Fit-related orders are handled as exchanges, not returns. Email us at glimmermodss@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the size you'd like.

Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us within that time, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. If you cancel, we'll refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost.

Condition of returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We may reduce a refund if an item has lost value through handling beyond what's needed to check it.

Return costs
Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund parcels lost on the way back to us. We send replacement items for exchanges free to UK addresses. International customers pay shipping on the replacement. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll cover the return postage and offer a replacement or refund.

How to return
Email glimmermodss@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if there's a fault) before sending anything. We'll reply with our return address. Parcels sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
