1. Who we are
This website, acesattire.com, is operated by Rayan, trading as Aces Attire, United Kingdom. Contact: glimmermodss@gmail.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering. Stock is limited and may sell out at any time.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and in EUR for customers in supported EU markets, and include any VAT that applies.
- We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price, or cancel and refund you in full.
- Payment is taken at checkout. We won't dispatch your order until payment is confirmed.
5. Your order
When you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation. This confirms we've received it and is not our acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We can decline or cancel an order if items are out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll give you a full refund.
6. Delivery
Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery times, costs and rules on customs and duties, and forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you gave us, so please make sure it's correct.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It covers your legal right to cancel within 14 days, size exchanges and how to send items back. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or misdescribed items
Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. EU customers have similar protection under their local laws. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
9. Brands and trademarks
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand, team or company named on this site. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.
10. Our content
The Aces Attire name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, use it for fraud, or place orders using someone else's payment details without their permission.
12. Our liability
We aren't liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our breach, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as carrier or customs delays, strikes or extreme weather). We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. None of these terms affect your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in another country, you also keep any mandatory rights you have under your local law and can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
