Shipping policy

Processing time
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination. On average, orders arrive within about 5 business days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays can happen.

Shipping costs

• UK: free on all orders.
• EU and other countries: calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK (including to the EU and Switzerland) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by your country. These are set and collected by local authorities or carriers, not by us, and you're responsible for them.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you'll pay the cost of re-shipping it.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email glimmermodss@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
